Hey
so i just bought this amazing, big potted Fuchsia plant at the nursery and we got it home and put it outside in a shady spot on the porch. It started to get a little wilty. So we fed it some food and watered it. It perked up for a few days then went back to wilty. we thought maybe it was to cold so we brought inside, and it seems to like it better but still isnt looking very vibrant. What does it like as far as watering frequency? should we let it dry out a bit before watering it or does it like constant moistness? how much/little sun? humidity? any body have any experiance to share?
thanks

I know a lot of fuchsia likes part shade. Part shade is defined as:
Part shade - two to five hours of direct sun, or all-day dappled sun (sunlight shining through trees)
Were there specs with the plant at the nursery if it liked full sun, part shade, or full shade?

Fuchsia will wilt in hot weather, you can help by misting the plant. Also wilting leaves can be a sign of root damage from over watering. Fuchsia is more often hurt by over watering than under watering. If soil is still wet then don't water again. Hot days you could probably need to water every day though. Although in cooler weather it might suffice at twice a week.
